About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Telehealth Psychologist Assistant to join our remote team at Mind Friend. As a Telehealth Psychologist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our licensed psychologists in delivering exceptional care to clients. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact in the mental health field.
What You'll Do
- Guide new users through account creation, integration, and initial profile settings via live chat and screen-share.
- Resolve complex login issues, billing discrepancies, and permission settings with speed and precision.
- Translate technical jargon into clear, simple instructions for our non-technical users.
- Utilize our internal AI co-pilot tools to summarize user history and provide faster, more accurate resolutions.
- Collaborate with licensed psychologists to ensure clients receive top-tier psychological support.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a remote customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and warm writing style.
- Comfortable using CRMs (such as Zendesk or Salesforce), Slack, and modern AI productivity tools.
- A genuine passion for helping others and facilitating understanding.
- A quiet, dedicated workspace with high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up).
