Talent Acquisition Lead - Remote Opportunity in India
About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team remotely, focusing on India. In this role, you will lead the full-country hiring strategy, ensuring high-quality, fast, and scalable recruitment delivery across all verticals. As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will drive the TA operating model, strengthen business partnerships, and build proactive pipelines for critical roles.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the annual TA strategy aligned with business growth and workforce plans.
- Partner with HRBP and business leaders to forecast talent needs across various roles.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment workflow, ensuring adherence to standards and reducing turnaround times.
- Lead and coach the TA team to improve sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on hiring delivery and talent strategy.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong exposure to high-volume hiring in India.
- Proven leadership of TA teams in complex environments.
- Deep knowledge of the India talent market and compensation structures.
- Experience with Workday or similar ATS.
