What You'll Do

• Create high fidelity simulations and models for missile design, performance assessment, and flight test support.
• Develop and implement modeling solutions, conducting trade studies and evaluating system and subsystem performance.
• Collaborate with team members across various engineering disciplines, including Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC) and Signal Processing.
• Provide technical expertise for simulation products and assist Senior Modeling Engineers in preparing detailed plans.
• Engage in the full product lifecycle from initial concept to fielded product, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in systems engineering or modeling simulation.
• Proficiency in object-oriented software design and programming in C or C++.
• Experience using Python or MATLAB for data evaluation and modeling.
• Ability to obtain an Interim Secret U.S. government issued Security Clearance.

Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics.
• Experience with signal processing algorithms or models for missile applications.
• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux workstations and Software Configuration Management tools such as Git.
• Coursework or experience in radar, signal & image processing, and system architecture.
