What You'll Do

• Provide attentive and compassionate care to children, monitoring their physical and emotional well-being.
• Utilize your expertise to identify early signs of health or developmental issues and intervene effectively.
• Establish open communication with parents, offering personalized advice and organizing informative workshops.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to uphold hygiene and safety standards in line with HACCP regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our educational practices.

Requirements

• Must hold a State Diploma in Nursing.
• Demonstrated qualities of autonomy, patience, dynamism, creativity, and intercultural sensitivity.
• Experience in a childcare or educational setting is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with parents.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Montessori or similar educational approaches.
• First aid certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
