About the Role

We are looking for a Trainee New Business to join our dynamic team at Prematch. This remote opportunity allows you to work with a passionate group dedicated to revolutionizing amateur football in Europe. As a Trainee New Business, you will engage with brand partnerships and contribute to our mission of providing professional-level experiences to over 190 million football enthusiasts.

What You'll Do

• Support the initiation of conversations with new brands to secure seasonal partners for Prematch.
• Conduct market research and brand analysis to identify the best go-to-market opportunities.
• Build scalable lead generation setups, from identification to outreach automation.
• Collaborate with the team to develop outreach sequences via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Manage CRM and deal flow in HubSpot to maintain clear visibility of all leads and discussions.
• Develop creative concepts for brand partnerships, ensuring alignment with community value.
• Work closely with the design team to create engaging mockups and presentations for potential partners.
• Prepare and calculate offers for new brand partnerships.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong research skills and ability to identify market potentials quickly.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools like ChatGPT and HubSpot.
• Experience in sales and negotiations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a structured manner and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to take on responsibilities.
