Account Manager (Planning & Strategy) - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Account Manager (Planning & Strategy) to join our growing team at BE A LION. This remote position offers you the opportunity to leverage your experience in strategic planning and campaign management. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of Paid Media campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of medium to large clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.
• Develop and design global strategies for brands and agencies, preparing and sending tactical proposals for Paid Media campaigns.
• Provide consultancy on pricing and margins for new projects, actively participating in commercial meetings and proposal presentations.
• Oversee the activation of campaigns, validating strategies, plans, and purchase types.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including AdOps, to align on global account objectives.
• Monitor campaign statuses, timelines, and achievement of objectives.
• Lead the development of new products within the agency to offer innovative purchasing opportunities to clients.
• Ensure the follow-up of results and set next steps for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Educational background in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Technical skills to work independently and effectively.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute to the team.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English.
