Senior UX Research Manager - AI-Driven Insights

About the Role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior UX Research Manager remote position at Superbet. As our company expands into new markets and develops innovative technologies, we are looking for a hands-on research leader to shape our UX research strategy. This role is pivotal in influencing product decisions and enhancing user experiences across our platforms.

What You'll Do

• Define and own the multi-year UX research strategy aligned with Superbet’s business goals in sports betting, gaming, and payments.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable research programs that support executive decision-making.
• Manage and grow a team of 6-8 UX researchers, fostering a culture of high-quality research and mentorship.
• Conduct hands-on research while leading the team, ensuring rigorous methodology and insightful analysis.
• Lead the integration of AI tools into research workflows to enhance efficiency and insight generation.
• Present research findings to C-suite executives, influencing product direction and strategy.
• Build and maintain a research operations infrastructure that supports effective data governance and insight sharing.
• Champion evidence-based decision-making across product, engineering, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of UX research experience in high-growth product environments, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience managing large research teams and influencing major product decisions.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing and surveys.
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling in research workflows.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex insights to executive stakeholders.

• Academic background in HCI, Psychology, or related fields.
• Fluency in data analysis tools like SQL and Tableau.
