Global HR Compliance Manager - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Global HR Compliance Manager - Remote to join our team at Granicus. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our organization adheres to HR regulatory requirements while fostering a high-performance culture. You will lead a dedicated team focused on HR compliance, policy, and global processes, ensuring that we meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team responsible for HR compliance, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Oversee global processes including talent evaluation, performance reviews, and employee engagement surveys.
- Ensure timely resolution of HR inquiries from employees and external parties.
- Manage global Leave of Absence processes and oversee a small team of HR Generalists and HR Coordinators.
- Champion change and drive a high-performance culture in alignment with Granicus's vision.
- Update policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Coordinate annual employee handbook updates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Advise management on actions required to comply with current employment law requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources or human capital consulting supporting a global organization.
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Thorough knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements.
- Strong internal customer focus and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to apply solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, and confidentiality.
- Outstanding project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- A passion for leading high-performing global HR teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HR Shared Services and ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with data privacy and information security protocols.
- Experience in managing immigration processes and work authorizations.
