CRM Design Lead - Remote Opportunity with Relocation Support

About the Role

We are seeking a talented CRM Design Lead to join our dynamic team at BrainRocket, a leading company in the iGaming industry. This CRM Design Lead remote position offers the opportunity to shape the visual direction and quality of email marketing creatives across a diverse portfolio of iGaming brands. You will play a crucial role in our Advertising Design department, ensuring that all visuals align with brand identity and marketing goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of CRM designers, ensuring consistent quality across all outputs.
• Act as the main quality gatekeeper for CRM visuals: review, approve, and refine banner creatives.
• Ensure visual consistency with brand identity and product reality across 150+ brands.
• Collaborate closely with CRM executive teams and product design teams to align CRM creatives with the actual product experience.
• Guide designers in choosing the right level of complexity and craft depending on brand priority.
• Provide art direction and feedback on composition, lighting, anatomy, and overall visual quality.
• Step in hands-on when needed to adjust visuals, improve retouching, or fix critical design issues.
• Present creative work and directions to the VP of Brands and senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment on key brands.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Design Lead / Art Director / Senior Designer in the iGaming, gaming, or entertainment industry.
• Strong background in advertising design and visual storytelling.
• Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Understanding of multi-brand environments with varying visual styles.
• Hands-on design skills: advanced Photoshop and strong Figma workflow.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with CRM teams and product design teams.
• Strong communication skills and professional English proficiency.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with CRM / email marketing creatives.
• Background in game art, character design, or narrative-driven visuals.
• Academic or formal art education (illustration, fine arts, etc.).
