Senior Recruiter - Remote Opportunity in AI Industry

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team at Skydio, the leading US drone company and a pioneer in autonomous flight technology. This Senior Recruiter remote position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Go-To-Market (GTM) and General & Administrative (G&A) organizations. As a strategic partner to senior leadership, you will drive hiring strategies that enable our company to scale effectively while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for GTM and G&A roles, ensuring a seamless candidate journey.
• Collaborate closely with senior business leaders to translate organizational goals into effective hiring plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor, influencing talent decisions and interview processes.
• Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies.
• Utilize recruiting data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize hiring outcomes.
• Mentor and elevate recruiting best practices across the team.
• Drive strategic talent discussions, providing insights on market trends and talent availability.
• Ensure compliance with hiring practices and regulations across EMEA and APAC regions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Deep experience with modern recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive recruiting strategies.
• Ability to commute to the San Mateo, CA office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to Have

• Experience in building and scaling high-performing Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Familiarity with international hiring practices.
