About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across our client ecosystem within our digital marketing agency. This is a full-time position with a remote work option, allowing you to collaborate with our team from anywhere. As a Senior SEM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that search and performance marketing campaigns are executed effectively and continuously optimized for results.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Conduct keyword targeting, audience segmentation, budget allocation, and implement bidding strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze metrics, and run A/B testing to improve conversion rates and return on ad spend.
  • Create marketing proposals and media plans for clients, ensuring the right audience is reached.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to provide clear briefs for ad visuals and campaign concepts.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMRush to track campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while coordinating with internal teams to enhance campaign results.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and creativity in guiding ad creative development.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong experience in performance marketing campaigns with a focus on achieving high ROAS.
  • Portfolio or case studies demonstrating past campaign success are required.
  • Understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimization is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are required.
  • Experience with project management tools and spreadsheets for reporting is important.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tools and automation platforms.
  • Experience with Bing Ads is a plus.
