What You'll Do

• Gather requirements from internal clients, helping them clarify priorities and essential functionalities.
• Critically analyze requirements, proposing improvements, assessing technical feasibility, and estimating timelines and impacts.
• Write and update technical specifications for developers, ensuring clarity and precision.
• Oversee specifications from inception to completion, managing changes, bug fixes, and releases.
• Act as the liaison between internal and external teams, coordinating requirements gathering, handovers, feedback, and release management.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining visibility on priorities and deadlines.
• Monitor bugs before and after releases to ensure quality and performance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or in similar roles within software contexts.
• Familiarity with relational databases (SQL) and understanding of cloud architectures.
• Good command of the English language.
• Interest or experience in using AI tools to support daily work.
• Curiosity and a desire to deepen knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively in teams.
• Strong communication skills to interface with both business and technical stakeholders.
