About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Beauty Packaging Designer to join a fast-scaling, science-first beauty company in the accessible luxury space. This Senior Beauty Packaging Designer remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the design of physical packaging for approximately 15 new product launches in the next year. You will play a crucial role in shaping the brand identity of a company aiming for a $1.5B valuation.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process for physical packaging across a range of beauty products, including face serums, creams, hair masks, and biotin capsules.
• Lead the creation of packaging that aligns with premium luxury positioning while adhering to American CPG regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand coherence across various formats such as jars, bottles, and supplement packaging.
• Utilize A/B consumer testing and evidence-based design to iterate on packaging concepts rapidly.
• Contribute to the development of a cohesive brand identity as the company expands its product line.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in beauty packaging design, specifically within the beauty or consumer packaged goods (CPG) sectors.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to create information-dense, minimalist labels.
• Experience with high-velocity iteration and consumer testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to maintain brand coherence across diverse packaging formats.
• A portfolio showcasing your expertise in beauty packaging design is essential.
