Head of Growth - Remote Opportunity at Aparkado

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Growth to lead our growth initiatives at Aparkado. This remote Head of Growth position is crucial for driving our B2C and B2B business models. You will be the central point of contact for all growth and revenue goals, overseeing a comprehensive growth strategy that integrates marketing, sales, lifecycle management, community engagement, and revenue generation.

What You'll Do

  • Take overall responsibility for growth across B2C and B2B sectors, developing and owning the holistic growth strategy for the company.
  • Lead and develop an integrated growth team, including marketing and sales, ensuring alignment with all key growth and revenue KPIs such as user growth, revenue, and retention.
  • Work closely with product, data, and the founder to ensure scalable growth structures are in place.
  • Prioritize, budget, and manage B2C and B2B projects effectively.
  • Develop and implement a scalable B2C growth strategy, focusing on App Store Optimization (ASO) and managing paid acquisition channels.
  • Build and scale organic growth channels through content, SEO, referrals, partnerships, influencers, social media, and website optimization.
  • Design and execute activation, engagement, and retention campaigns to enhance user experience.
  • Establish a strong, trusted community, particularly on the driver/supply side, fostering loyalty and advocacy.
  • Oversee B2B sales as an integral part of the growth organization, optimizing the entire B2B funnel from lead generation to revenue.
  • Manage the structure, quality, and performance of the sales pipeline in the CRM, ensuring data-driven transitions within the growth team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, revenue, marketing, or sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling B2C and/or B2B growth models, ideally in a startup environment.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with clear KPI and revenue accountability.
  • Experience leading interdisciplinary teams in marketing and sales.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Familiarity with community management and engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics tools and CRM systems.
