Genesys Cloud Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Genesys Cloud Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Genesys Cloud Engineer remote, you will leverage your expertise in Genesys Cloud certifications and your strong skills in Agentic AI and Generative AI to deploy cloud-native AI solutions for customer experience automation. What You'll Do

• Utilize your Genesys Cloud CX Professional Certification to manage and optimize cloud-based customer experience solutions.
• Develop and deploy Digital Bots using Genesys Cloud AI Studio, ensuring effective agentic virtual agents and copilots integration.
• Architect flow integrations with bots and AI, utilizing Genesys Cloud APIs for seamless platform integrations.
• Implement and optimize AI architectures, including multi-agent systems and tool-use agents.
• Design and develop full-stack applications using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Go, focusing on backend services for Genesys Innovation roles.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for cloud-native scalable AI application deployments.
• Analyze and optimize bot insights, analytics, and performance for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and operation of AI solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Genesys Cloud Engineer remote with a strong background in cloud-native AI solutions.
• Core platform certifications: Genesys Cloud CX Professional Certification, Genesys Cloud AI – Digital Bots & Knowledge Certification, and Genesys Cloud Developer Certification.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud AI Studio and Digital Bots development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Go.
• Familiarity with AWS services, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
• Experience in conversational AI and natural language understanding (NLU).
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize production systems effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI orchestration, reasoning, and human-in-the-loop escalation.
• Familiarity with MCP framework (Genesys agentic roles).
• Knowledge of responsible AI and AI governance.
