Project Manager - Digital Transformation (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our international team and lead impactful projects remotely. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and digitizing essential business processes. You will be responsible for challenging application implementations and collaborate with various international stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to life. What You'll Do

• Plan and execute complex application implementations.
• Lead kick-off meetings with the Managing Director and establish initial project timelines.
• Organize kick-off sessions for the key user team.
• Identify potential issues and bottlenecks early and proactively address them.
• Manage project content and collaborate with the Solutions Architect on project segments.
• Drive digital transformation within the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager, focusing on project deployment.
• Experience rolling out transactional systems, particularly ERP systems like Dynamics 365.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, cutover plans, and leading project meetings.
• Experience in an international context or with international teams.
• Familiarity with DevOps and Azure.
• Understanding of business processes and their connection to IT.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
• Experience with cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of AI and automation trends.
