Senior Frontend Engineer - HyperDX Remote

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our innovative team at ClickHouse. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a critical role in transforming how developers monitor, debug, and scale their production applications with HyperDX. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world.

What You'll Do

• Shape the product by owning and building key features that enhance frontend and backend systems for developers.
• Engage with the community by collaborating with open-source contributors and customers to solve their challenges.
• Tackle technical challenges by supercharging HyperDX to efficiently handle petabytes of observability data.
• Develop groundbreaking analysis tools that empower engineers to resolve production issues quickly.
• Deliver an amazing developer experience (DX) through your work on HyperDX.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, specifically in building developer tools.
• Strong skills in TypeScript and Node.js, with experience in Next.js for the frontend and Express for the backend.
• Proficiency in React.js and SQL for query generation on ClickHouse.
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• A passion for open source and the developer community.

Nice to Have

• Expertise in distributed systems and event ingestion pipelines.
• Experience working with columnar databases.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages such as Python, Rust, or PHP.
