Market Website Support Owner - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Market Website Support Owner to join our team at LIXIL. This is a fully remote position where you will be the single point of contact for 58 markets, addressing all website-related inquiries. As a Market Website Support Owner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our market websites function optimally and meet the needs of our diverse user base. What You'll Do

• Act as the primary contact for website questions across 58 markets.
• Monitor and manage Jira tickets created by markets, including bugs, support requests, and new master page updates.
• Assist markets directly or coordinate with agencies to fulfill requests, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Request new master pages and updates from markets, providing clear briefs to product owners.
• Oversee the rollout of master content to market websites, creating and managing tasks in Jira.
• Conduct training sessions for new market colleagues and refresh training materials regularly.
• Onboard new team members to processes and systems, including account creation and updating Confluence NEO Content Operation library.
• Ensure continuous support and training for all markets regarding the CMS and website functionalities.

Requirements

• Entry-level position, ideal for recent graduates or those looking to start their career in Product Management.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with various markets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience in product management or website support.
• Knowledge of localization processes.
• Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS).
