About the Role

We are seeking a Manager for the Mechanical Department to join NNE, a leading pharma engineering company. This remote opportunity allows you to lead a team of skilled engineers while leveraging your mechanical expertise to solve complex challenges in the pharmaceutical industry.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily operations of approximately 25 engineers in the Mechanical department.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to assess resource demands and ensure project success.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues in Bangalore, India, enhancing cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Work in partnership with the Management Team across Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, and Qualification departments.
  • Support the professional development of your team to align with market and technology advancements.

Requirements

  • A degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Production, Marine Engineering, or similar).
  • A minimum of 5 years of people management experience as a team leader, line manager, or project manager.
  • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical, food, or engineering consultancy sectors.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP and GEP).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a result-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in managing large-scale projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with international engineering standards and practices.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
