Brand Growth Operator - Remote Role in Content and AI

About the Role

We're hiring a Brand Growth Operator to join our dynamic team at ScaleSource. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while driving brand growth through content creation, social media engagement, and AI tools. As a Brand Growth Operator, you will take full ownership of your projects, ensuring high-quality content production and management across various platforms.

What You'll Do

• Produce and manage high-volume content output, exceeding 100 pieces per week, utilizing AI tools and repurposing workflows.
• Take full ownership of follower growth, engagement, and content performance across all platforms.
• Personally create, edit, and publish engaging content including video clips, reels, carousels, captions, and hooks.
• Manage the content strategy across social media and paid channels to maximize brand visibility.
• Leverage AI tools to scale content production and optimize performance metrics.
• Travel 1–2 times per year for content creation, events, and brand initiatives.

Requirements

• Comfortable producing and managing high-volume content output across multiple platforms.
• Possess a full ownership mindset; success in this role is measured by results, not effort.
• Hands-on content creation skills, particularly with video clips, reels, carousels, captions, and hooks.
• Experience with AI tools and content repurposing workflows.
• Ability to maintain a minimum of 6 hours of daily overlap (Monday–Friday) with US Central Standard Time.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 times per year for content creation, events, and brand initiatives.
• Demonstrable track record of social media growth with measurable results (follower growth, engagement, views).
