Senior Digital Graphic Designer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Graphic Designer remote to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. This role is perfect for a designer with a strong, high-end visual aesthetic who thrives in a production-focused environment. As a Senior Digital Graphic Designer remote, you will support various digital campaigns, paid ads, and social content, ensuring that all creative outputs align with brand standards.

What You'll Do

• Design and produce digital ads and social media content across multiple platforms.
• Create, edit, and manipulate short-form video assets, including resizing, adapting, and repurposing creative.
• Support ongoing campaigns with quick turnaround times, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.
• Collaborate with marketing partners to execute creative aligned with brand standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency in all designs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong digital focus.
• Proven experience creating paid digital ads and social-first creative.
• Comfortable manipulating video content, with CapCut experience strongly preferred.
• Very production-oriented and execution-driven.
• Ability to design within a refined, high-end visual framework.
• Background in healthcare and/or luxury brands is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely while aligning to Central Time business hours.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams.
