About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will deliver superior technical support to global clients, ensuring the optimal performance of Axiom's advanced Procurement platform. As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will troubleshoot issues, resolve inquiries, and contribute to customer success through effective communication and problem analysis.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving.
• Exceptional customer support capabilities.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, AI solutions, or enterprise software is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
