About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Integration Specialist - Rewarded Solutions to join our innovative team at adjoe. As a Senior Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in redefining the future of mobile ads while working remotely. Your expertise will help us enhance our rewarded engagement products that serve over 57 million daily mobile users.

What You'll Do

• Support app publishers by troubleshooting integration issues, from basic mobile app code problems to advanced configuration adjustments.
• Proactively identify integration challenges and collaborate with the product team to develop effective solutions.
• Manage the technical onboarding of new app partners, ensuring a seamless implementation process.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation of the integration process for easy reference.
• Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, teams, and clients to provide solutions that maximize business goals.
• Assist the supply business team by analyzing adjoe’s data to provide insights that help reach their KPIs.
• Be part of an international English-speaking team dedicated to scaling our adtech platform.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical information to business teams and partners.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights and document them in clear formats.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
• Understanding of how different technical systems communicate, including testing HTTP REST endpoints.
• Familiarity with Java or experience in building apps is a plus.
• Hands-on experience working with app publishers and guiding them through SDK integrations is a significant advantage.

• Experience in debugging complex integration issues and providing best practices for app rollouts.
