Data and Reporting Analyst - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst - Remote to join our team at Prime Therapeutics. As a Data and Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting business decision-making and operational efforts by providing valuable data, reporting, and business intelligence services. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the future of pharmacy.

What You'll Do

• Develop reporting solutions that adhere to internal standards and best practices by collecting, validating, interpreting, and organizing various types of data into meaningful reports.
• Maintain and enhance the reliability, efficiency, and functionality of existing reports to ensure they meet business needs.
• Facilitate team request intake sessions to gather reporting requirements and prioritize projects effectively.
• Recommend quality and system improvements by analyzing data issues and collaborating with system owners to enhance upstream processes.
• Train users and team members as necessary to ensure effective utilization of reporting tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in data analysis.
• Minimum of 1 year of SQL experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

Nice to Have

• Experience with report-generating technologies such as Cognos, SAS, Alteryx, Qlikview, MicroStrategy, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with data consolidation and modeling, particularly in the context of pharmacy benefits management (PBM).
• Experience working with medical claims, pharmacy claims, healthcare, and benefits data.
• Background in implementing quality process improvement efforts.
• Experience documenting requirements and creating training materials for end users.
