Senior Front-end Developer - React for Voice AI Project

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Front-end Developer to join our team remotely. In this Senior Front-end Developer remote role, you will be working with a Miami-based startup that specializes in Voice AI and customer service automation. The project involves enhancing a React-based application that has been operational for over a year and is currently utilized in more than 30 locations. As part of a growing team, you will play a crucial role in scaling the dashboard and improving user experience.

What You'll Do

• Develop and optimize the React dashboard to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Add new features and enhance overall UX based on user feedback and analytics.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers using Node.js, AWS, and GraphQL to integrate front-end and back-end functionalities.
• Support the transition towards a proper CI/CD setup to streamline development processes.
• Work within a small Agile/Scrum team, ensuring effective communication and prioritization with our Product Manager.

Requirements

• Proficiency in React and experience with frontend development.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
• Experience with backend technologies like GraphQL is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Git and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup while maintaining effective communication with the team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of AWS services.
• Previous work in AI-related projects.
