Working Student in Email Marketing - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Working Student in Email Marketing to join our innovative team at leadity. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to our mission of driving sustainability through effective email campaigns. As a Working Student in Email Marketing, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing email campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.

What You'll Do

• Plan and implement email campaigns throughout the entire customer journey, from initial awareness to conversion.
• Build automated nurture flows and sequences in HubSpot, ensuring they are continuously optimized.
• Segment target audiences based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and company profile to ensure timely and relevant communication.
• Analyze campaign KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally with Sales, Account Management, and Partner Management to create consistent and targeted campaign content.
• Develop and optimize A/B tests for subject lines, content, and CTAs to enhance campaign performance.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of our CRM structure, ensuring data integrity and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Currently studying Marketing, Communication, Business, Media, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
• A keen eye for design details such as typography, spacing, and visual consistency.
• A passion for sustainability topics and the ability to communicate complex ideas creatively and clearly.
• Organized, proactive, and reliable, with the ability to manage smaller projects independently.
• Availability for 20 hours per week, with the possibility of increased hours during semester breaks.

• Experience with email marketing tools and analytics.
• Basic knowledge of design software.
