Senior Product Manager - Social Impact (Remote)

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager - Social Impact to join our mission-driven team. This remote opportunity allows you to lead a product portfolio that empowers non-profits and supports vulnerable members of society. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be the strategic architect behind our innovative data solutions.

What You'll Do

• Define and own the multi-year product strategy and vision for the In-Form portfolio.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target segments and user personas within the non-profit sector.
• Develop robust business cases and financial models, including revenue forecasting and pricing frameworks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to manage the full product lifecycle and go-to-market execution.
• Act as the primary product advocate, presenting strategic roadmaps to senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management, ideally within SaaS, CRM (Salesforce ecosystem), or Social Tech environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build financial models and navigate complex pricing structures.
• Experience leading product discovery, validation, and roadmap prioritization using tools like Jira, Roadmunk, or Aha!
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
• A passion for social impact and an understanding of accessibility and regulatory requirements (GDPR) in a digital product context.

Nice to Have

• Experience in non-profit or social enterprise sectors.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and their implications for product development.
