As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our AWS platform and ensuring the smooth operation of our applications.

What You'll Do

• Deliver incident management and advanced-level support for the AWS platform, hosting a large volume of applications.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for application developers via a ticketing system.
• Communicate effectively with users at various organizational levels to resolve issues promptly.
• Implement and utilize automation to support the scalability of the environment.
• Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and security.
• Train users to self-diagnose and troubleshoot issues for expedited resolution.
• Conduct thorough investigations into issues to identify root causes and document strategies to prevent recurrence.
• Provide support for public cloud environments, particularly AWS.
• Manage events and incidents efficiently to ensure minimal downtime.

Requirements

• Must have at least 3-4 years of experience with AWS services including S3, EC2, VPC, EKS, ECS, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• Experience with EKS/Kubernetes and Terraform is a big plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• Willingness to relocate to the United States if necessary.
