Senior E-commerce Growth Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior E-commerce Growth Manager to join our dynamic team remotely. As a Senior E-commerce Growth Manager, you will treat every page, funnel, flow, and email as a revenue lever, not just a design project. You will play a crucial role in optimizing conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and lifetime value (LTV) for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, leveraging your extensive experience and data-driven approach.

What You'll Do

  • Own site-wide conversion rate, AOV, and revenue per session as your primary KPIs, directly impacting overall business profitability.
  • Design, build, and manage A/B and multivariate testing programs across landing pages, product detail pages, cart, checkout, and post-purchase flows.
  • Develop and optimize upsell/cross-sell architecture to maximize AOV through in-cart offers, post-purchase upsells, and subscription incentives.
  • Manage and optimize a subscriber base of millions of active recipients, ensuring high deliverability and sender reputation.
  • Own the entire email and SMS program end-to-end, including strategy, segmentation, automation, and revenue attribution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in conversion rate optimization (CRO), email/lifecycle marketing, or e-commerce optimization, with at least 3 years working directly on DTC/e-commerce Shopify stores.
  • Proven experience managing email programs with 1M+ active subscribers, demonstrating expertise in deliverability and segmentation strategies.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Klaviyo or equivalent platforms, capable of building complex flows and dynamic segments.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics 4 and heatmapping tools to drive testing hypotheses.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with media buyers and creative strategists, translating data into actionable insights.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing and implementing upsell/cross-sell flows using tools like ReCharge or Skio.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing platforms such as VWO or Optimizely.
  • Strong understanding of DTC funnel economics and how various metrics interact.
