About the Role

We are excited to offer a Performance Marketing Intern - Remote Opportunity at Ahead App, where you will be part of a purpose-driven internship aimed at scaling one of the most innovative mental health apps. This role allows you to work alongside experienced founders and a top-notch growth team that is passionate about what they do. As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will help drive user growth through paid marketing and experimentation.

What You'll Do

• Support our user acquisition efforts across various channels including Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, and Apple Search Ads.
• Assist in monitoring campaign performance and preparing daily and weekly reports to analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Help test and iterate on ad creatives, landing pages, and app store listings to optimize user engagement.
• Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with product goals.
• Contribute to App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies and experiments to enhance visibility and downloads.
• Research new growth tactics, ad formats, and tools to keep Ahead App ahead of the curve in performance marketing.

Requirements

• Passionate about digital growth and eager to learn the mechanics of performance marketing from the inside out.
• Analytical mindset with a love for digging into metrics to understand what works and why.
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads is a plus, or a strong desire to learn quickly.
• Understanding of key performance indicators such as CPI, ROAS, CPA, and retention metrics.
• Organized, curious, and proactive, with the ability to ask questions and bring ideas to the table.
• Bonus if you have experience with no-code tools (e.g., Webflow, Notion) or are proficient in Excel/Sheets.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in digital marketing or internships related to performance marketing.
• Knowledge of user acquisition strategies and growth hacking techniques.
