About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Libertex Group. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will design and analyze A/B tests, uncover data-driven insights using Python, and deliver actionable recommendations that shape our product offerings.

What You'll Do

• Conduct A/B testing to validate and analyze feature performance, user engagement, and design effectiveness, delivering clear, actionable recommendations.
• Perform in-depth data analysis using Python to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive product innovation and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and domain experts to understand business goals and translate them into analytical outcomes.
• Build and present reports and dashboards that clearly communicate insights to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in product and data processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with A/B testing methodologies.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, preferably Power BI.
• Upper-intermediate English level with excellent communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with BI tools.
• Experience in the FinTech industry.
