Virtual Receptionist - Customer Support Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Virtual Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Rosa dels Vents. This remote customer support role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing excellent service. As a Virtual Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in managing guest experiences and ensuring smooth operations at our tourist apartments.

What You'll Do

• Verify daily reservations and manage virtual check-ins and check-outs for guests.
• Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure rooms are prepared and available for guests.
• Handle guest requests and confirm additional services or extras as needed.
• Maintain effective communication with guests through WhatsApp and email.
• Resolve guest issues or complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Perform administrative tasks such as billing reservations and preparing shift reports.
• Keep occupancy records updated and track reservations across various online platforms.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel reception or accommodation services is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of hotel management systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with both guests and internal departments.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in daily operations.
• Languages: Native Spanish, Native Catalan, English (minimum B2), French (intermediate). Additional languages are a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Familiarity with online booking platforms.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
