Logistics Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

In this Logistics Coordinator remote role, you will play a crucial part in our logistics operations, helping us pedal towards a greener future.

What You'll Do

• Assist in organizing workload distribution on the warehouse floor.
• Oversee truck schedules and warehouse space allocation.
• Act as the first point of contact for Logistic Operators, addressing questions and light escalations.
• Support the Logistics Lead in daily operations, including placing orders and crate mapping.
• Maintain optimum levels of spare parts and process spare parts orders weekly.
• Ensure adherence to logistics processes and manage all process documentation in SAP.
• Execute day-to-day (E-)Bike logistics between the warehouse and stores, including loading/unloading trucks.
• Prepare bikes to Ready-to-Go standard, ensuring they are unpacked, cleaned, and checked.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and/or Dutch.
• Must possess a motor driving license category B.
• Experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar logistics software is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a B2C logistics environment.
• Knowledge of bicycle maintenance.
• Experience in training and onboarding new team members.
