What You'll Do

• Perform daily cleaning and arrangement of assigned guest rooms, adhering to established procedures and standards.
• Restock amenities, linens, towels, and minibars according to hotel guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness in hallways, offices, and other assigned areas.
• Identify and report technical issues, damages, or losses to the appropriate department.
• Use cleaning products and materials responsibly and in accordance with safety regulations.
• Provide respectful and professional attention to guests, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in hotels (preferably 4* or 5*).
• Basic knowledge of professional cleaning techniques and specific products.
• Physical stamina and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude, responsibility, and commitment to quality.
• Availability and flexibility in working hours.
• Basic knowledge of Spanish and English is a plus.
