About the Role

As an Internal Auditor remote, you will play a crucial role in our coeo Group. You will not only review processes but actively shape them. With your analytical perspective, you will strengthen our governance structures and make a significant contribution to the sustainable development of our company. You will independently conduct risk-oriented audits of our business processes and internal control systems, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough audits of business processes and internal controls.
• Prepare detailed audit findings and recommendations to enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Engage in dialogue with relevant departments to implement agreed-upon measures.
• Support departments as a sparring partner in optimizing workflows and enhancing effective internal controls.
• Utilize your IT affinity to understand process flows and controls within IT systems.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Audit, Controlling, Finance, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in Audit or Internal Audit.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and internal control systems.
• Additional qualifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) are a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills, structured working style, and a high degree of initiative and responsibility.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
