About the Role

Requirements

• 3+ years in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the technology sector.
• Ability to understand and communicate about technical roles and requirements.
• Experience hiring across multiple countries and navigating diverse employment practices.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern talent sourcing tools.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus).
• Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and improving recruitment efficiency.
• Sensitivity to cultural differences and commitment to building diverse teams.
