Junior Client Manager - Digital Marketing

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Client Manager - Digital Marketing to join our dynamic team at Dentsu. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely while supporting our Client Management team in executing digital campaigns, reporting, and administrative tasks. As a Junior Client Manager, you will focus on learning and operational excellence, ensuring smooth delivery of predefined strategies.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the preparation and development of digital media campaigns, consulting appointments, trainings, and presentations for our clients.
• Control key figures and budgets, evaluate and present KPIs, reports, and analyses for our clients.
• Participate in the digital planning of measures on an annual and monthly level, and take responsibility for implementation and optimization in day-to-day business.
• Support the production of innovative and ambitious strategic and business solutions that balance client and agency values.
• Build client relationships as a trusted digital advisor to clients and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct independent analysis and insights generation from studies, research, and reports.
• Manage administrative tasks such as invoice management and campaigns in Leading Media.
• Work collaboratively across Dentsu and leverage internal relationships to drive business value for clients.

Requirements

• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• 2 years of work experience, preferably in a media agency.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
