UI/​UX Designer - E-commerce Focus (Remote)

About the Role

Grow Your Staff is hiring a UI/UX Designer remote to support a UK-based client focused on enhancing website experience and performance. This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity ideal for candidates with experience in eCommerce or D2C website design.

What You'll Do

• Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for website pages and features.
• Improve UX across the homepage, product pages, checkout, and subscription flows.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams for conversion-focused design improvements.
• Identify user journey friction points and suggest data-driven solutions.
• Conduct UX audits and usability testing to optimize performance.
• Ensure design consistency across digital touchpoints.
• Work with developers for the smooth implementation of designs.
• Support landing page design for campaigns and promotions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of UI/UX experience (eCommerce/D2C preferred).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Proven experience understanding CRO and user behavior.
• Experience with Shopify or similar platforms (preferred).
• Experience in healthcare/dental/wellness (plus).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing website design, wireframes, and prototypes.

Nice to Have

• Experience in working with remote teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers.
