Technical Implementation Engineer - Remote Role at Alkami Technology

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Implementation Engineer (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Alkami Technology. As a leading provider of cloud-based digital banking solutions, we empower financial institutions to transform their operations. This role is crucial for assisting in the configuration and integration of third-party software applications within our Alkami Digital Banking Solutions. You will work closely with senior engineers and clients to ensure smooth implementation and troubleshoot any reported issues.

What You'll Do

• Implement and configure Alkami Banking Products, focusing on money movement features such as bill pay and card management.
• Assist with client testing initiatives to ensure product efficacy and reliability.
• Manage specific client configurations and raise bugs or enhancement requests during implementation.
• Collaborate with Client Services teams to resolve complex or escalated issues.
• Participate in client and vendor meetings to gather business requirements and provide technical insights.
• Train end-users to ensure a smooth transition to Alkami Banking Products.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of software development or scripting experience in languages such as Python, PowerShell, C#, or Java.
• 2+ years of relational database experience (Postgres, MSSQL, MySQL) with proficiency in writing raw SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency to drive technical challenges to completion.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Foundational banking knowledge is preferred.
