What You'll Do

• Provide technical support for customers and partners during the presales and sales process.
• Serve as a technical contact for channel partners, assisting with technical requests and pre-sales support.
• Support the Sales and Inside Sales teams by drafting and reviewing RFP responses to ensure accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
• Develop deep knowledge of Nozomi Networks’ products and services to communicate technical solutions effectively.
• Engage with customers and partners to understand their technical needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Italian are required.
• Strong technical aptitude and a solid understanding of network technologies and information security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional support.
• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Nice to Have

• Experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies.
• Knowledge of AI applications in cybersecurity.
