Business Development Representative - Remote (Italian & English)

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Representative remote to join our dynamic team at Xometry. As a key player in our Italian Sales team, you will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention. What You'll Do

• Manage incoming applications and inquiries from potential clients.
• Develop and expand a client base by identifying and pursuing new customers.
• Assist clients in designing their orders to meet their specific needs.
• Oversee payment processes to ensure timely transactions.
• Implement and achieve sales plans to meet company objectives.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system to track customer interactions and sales progress.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Fluency in English and Italian, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience living abroad is a plus, showcasing adaptability and cultural awareness.
• Technical mindset to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to achieving goals.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role within the tech or manufacturing sectors.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
