About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Kleros, a pioneering blockchain protocol for online dispute resolution. This Talent Acquisition Specialist remote position offers you the opportunity to play a crucial role in building our team and supporting projects within the Kleros ecosystem. You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to help us grow our innovative platform.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define and write employment or contract offers.
  • Publish job offers on various hiring platforms based on position type and urgency.
  • Source talent from platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates, addressing anti-spam questions and availability.
  • Conduct first interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to establish interview structures.
  • Select promising candidates and administer paid exercises to assess their skills.
  • Manage candidate interactions regarding exercises, including questions and resource provision.
  • Report on the recruitment process and status updates.
  • Perform background checks for potential hires.
  • Participate in recruiting events to seek out new talents.

Requirements

  • Interest in Web3, blockchain, and the associated culture.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in recruitment processes.
  • Experience in sourcing and selecting candidates.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.
  • Experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
  • A degree or relevant qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
