Internal Events Manager - Remote Position at Paylocity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Events Manager to join our team at Paylocity. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the United States, providing flexibility while you oversee and execute our internal events portfolio. As an Internal Events Manager remote, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our workplace culture and driving employee engagement through well-planned events.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the planning, execution, and follow-up of internal events, ensuring they align with company goals.
• Manage the end-to-end process of event planning, from strategy development to post-event analysis.
• Coordinate logistics for live events, including AV requirements, transportation, and catering.
• Lead a team of 2-3 individuals, providing mentorship and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative event experiences that meet the needs of our employees.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in internal corporate events management.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders and executives.

Nice to Have

• Experience with event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Advanced proficiency in AV and technical production tools.
