What You'll Do

• Own and execute the full SEO strategy, including technical, on-page, and off-page optimization.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research focusing on Australian search behavior and local intent.
• Craft and optimize ad copy and SEO content that resonates with Australian farmers, tradies, and business owners.
• Perform technical audits covering site structure, crawlability, indexing, page speed, and schema implementation.
• Identify and execute high-quality link-building opportunities to enhance domain authority.
• Create and optimize content that not only ranks but also converts visitors into customers.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance metrics with a data-driven approach.
• Provide clear reporting and actionable insights to continuously improve performance.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and refine strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering measurable SEO results (rankings, traffic, conversions).
• Strong understanding of Australian markets, language, and search intent.
• Ability to write or guide ad copy and content that connects with regional and rural audiences.
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO, beyond just content optimization.
• Proficient with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively.
• Clear communication skills to translate data into practical strategies.
• Motivated to build something meaningful and not just maintain existing work.
