Talent Acquisition Specialist - Defense Technology (Remote)
About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Defense Technology to join Anduril Industries, a pioneering defense technology company. In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in recruiting top-tier talent to help us scale our operations. What You'll Do
- Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools used for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, and candidate management.
- Own and drive the full-cycle hiring strategy, providing effective communication and reporting to stakeholders.
- Conduct a high volume of interviews, demonstrating your ability to anticipate and influence hiring manager preferences.
- Engage and source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and SOBO campaigns.
- Build talent maps to generate market insights that inform your engagement strategy.
- Drive diverse talent into the organization, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Represent the company's brand and recruiting team internally and externally with professionalism.
- Leverage internal resources and cross-functional partners to build strategies around selling our value proposition.
Requirements
- 6+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience evaluating and hiring top-tier talent.
- 3+ years of experience working with senior-level leaders and stakeholders, reporting on progress, and advising on talent strategies.
- Experience recruiting for Hardware, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering roles.
- Ability to work onsite/hybrid at the Seattle, WA office.
- Strong communication skills to understand candidate motivations and fit within the organization.

- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Knowledge of ITAR policies around hiring practices.
- Experience managing high-volume pipelines of candidates.
- Highly autonomous, collaborative, and adaptable.
