Staff/​Sr. Staff Lead Test Engineer - Remote Opportunities

We are seeking a Staff/Sr. Staff Lead Test Engineer to join our team at Northrop Grumman. What You'll Do

• Manage the execution of all Test & Evaluation tasks, ensuring adherence to program lifecycle execution.
• Lead diverse teams in conducting technical reviews such as System Requirements Review (SRR) and Preliminary Design Review (PDR).
• Oversee the development and execution of test plans and procedures to support program objectives.
• Coordinate with program management on new business pursuits, including capture and technology evaluations.
• Perform resource planning and manage the baseline of new engineering projects, including labor and non-labor planning.
• Drive efficiencies and integration in multiple work environments, resolving technical or operational problems.
• Support proposal development and manage cost, schedule, and technical performance across program SOW.
• Lead the implementation of test automation utilizing industry-standard frameworks and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline with 14 years of relevant experience; or a Master’s with 12 years; or a PhD with 10 years.
• Must possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver complex technical solutions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
• Proven track record in Earned Value Management Techniques (EVMS) and Control Account Management (CAM).

Nice to Have

• Master’s or Ph.D. in a STEM field.
• Current program SAP clearances.
• Experience managing large budgets of both labor and material.
