About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter - AI Transformation (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Brightwheel. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of recruiting within the AI landscape. With a mission to enhance early education through innovative technology, you will leverage your expertise to attract top talent in a rapidly evolving market.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact, and leadership roles across the business.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on success profiles, and develop targeted, data-driven hiring strategies.
  • Design and run structured, equitable, and high-signal interview processes that enable strong, consistent hiring decisions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders—building trust, providing clear recommendations, and challenging when needed to maintain a high bar.
  • Analyze recruiting data to assess pipeline health, identify gaps, and continuously refine strategies.
  • Build and implement AI-driven recruiting workflows across sourcing, screening, and operations to improve speed, quality, and scalability.
  • Define and operationalize how we assess AI fluency in candidates, especially for leadership and high-impact roles.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting systems, tools, and processes, and lead implementation of scalable solutions.
  • Mentor and support other recruiters, sharing best practices and helping elevate team performance and consistency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including ownership of complex or leadership-level searches.
  • Demonstrated success delivering high-quality hires in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Experience partnering closely with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions at a senior level.
  • Strong track record of using data to inform recruiting strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and operationalize AI-native recruiting workflows, with a track record of materially improving efficiency, quality, or scale.

  • Experience in AI or tech-focused recruiting.
  • Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
