Cloud Security Team Lead - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Cloud Security Team Lead to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will lead and guide our Cloud Security team within the Cloud Governance & Architecture pillar, part of our Cloud & DevOps Services. Your mission is to ensure the security of our cloud infrastructure and code while fostering a culture of security awareness and best practices across the organization. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our security posture, enabling streamlined and secure cloud development and deployment processes.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 4-6 individuals, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
• Set clear roles and objectives for team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Manage the team backlog and prioritize activities according to the roadmap with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Enhance a complete stack of solutions for cloud security & DevSecOps management, including CNAPP, SAST, and policy as code.
• Provide practical guidance to engineering and project teams to support the implementation of security controls and best practices.
• Contribute to cloud security governance, including management of frameworks and building dedicated dashboards with KPIs.
• Drive cooperation between product teams, cybersecurity teams, and compliance functions to quantify risk and define control objectives.
• Manage third-party suppliers according to contracts and budget management.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a cloud environment with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective cloud security solutions.
• Deep understanding of cloud providers' services, especially AWS or GCP, with relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Security.
• Experience in managing and defining security in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong understanding of OWASP TOP 10 and OWASP Testing Guide.
• Understanding of container technologies (Kubernetes, EKS, ACK) and hands-on experience with Security Architecture and Automation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in managing cloud security projects in an agile approach using tools like Confluence and Jira.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Alibaba Cloud.
• Fluency in French in addition to English.
• Experience in project management methodologies.
