ServiceNow Consultant - Cyber Security (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant - Cyber Security to join our dynamic team at Deloitte. In this role, you will help organizations navigate the complexities of cybersecurity through innovative ServiceNow solutions. As a ServiceNow Consultant - Cyber Security remote professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' security posture and ensuring they are equipped to handle evolving threats.

What You'll Do

• Support the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet client needs in cybersecurity.
• Conduct requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture and validate business and functional requirements.
• Document current and future processes to facilitate ServiceNow automation and improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze existing processes and tools to identify gaps and recommend enhancements within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to translate business needs into effective ServiceNow configurations.
• Produce project artifacts including requirements, design specifications, and process documentation in line with delivery standards.
• Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and coordinate testing efforts to ensure successful implementation.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and next steps clearly to stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant - Cyber Security remote in a client-facing role.
• Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and process documentation.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITAM, IRM, and SecOps.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and present findings.

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• Experience with RSA Archer or other GRC platforms.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
