About the Role
Join us as a Lead QA Engineer in a remote capacity, where you'll champion the Test Automation strategy across all digital applications and services at 7-Eleven Global Solution Center. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to products deployed across our extensive network of convenience stores, processing over a billion transactions annually. You'll lead a team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality, integrated testing solutions that support business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy covering functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Java-based tools such as Selenium, Appium, and TestNG.
- Lead mobile automation initiatives with Appium for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to ensure continuous quality validation.
- Establish and maintain a robust test data strategy to support multi-environment testing.
- Conduct advanced performance benchmarking using JMeter and provide actionable insights.
- Drive defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
- Utilize test management tools such as Zephyr or TestRail for planning and reporting.
Requirements
- 11-13 years of experience in QA and test automation with strong expertise in Selenium with Java.
- Proven hands-on experience in Appium automation for iOS and Android applications.
- Solid expertise in API automation using RestAssured.
- Strong background in performance testing and benchmarking.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and collaboration skills.
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and tools.
- BrowserStack experience preferred.

- Experience with additional automation tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of security testing practices.
